1440x800 in the example. I used this for this client because 1440x900 was the most popular screen resolution according to their analytics. I used 800px to take into account the browser bar and the bottom drawer of icons on a Mac. Of course, this is only an estimate, but depending on the screen, PC or Mac, and users preference, the browser height could be anywhere from 700+ (on desktop). I generally go by 800px for height. But I go by a more conservative 700px for things like modals, or for content that really needs to all be seen together.
